1. When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on Monday-Friday (before 11 A.M) will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 11 A.M will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 A.M will begin processing on the following Monday. Usually the delivery time will vary between 3 to 4 business days, depending which country.
2. Can I pick up my order so I can don’t have to pay shipping costs?
When you make an order, you have two possibilities to obtain your items. One way is to choose for home-delivery (no shipment costs above an order of €150;- ), or the other way is to pick it up yourself, at our HQ.

3. Can I return or exchange an item that I have purchased?
Yes you can return or exchange an item. However, please be aware of the fact that all items must be returned in the original condition of the purchase:
- All items must be returned in original condition. This means that the items are unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All the tags must be still attached.
Items marked as “sale” will not be refunded, but can always be exchanged for the same article, in a different size.
4. How do I return or exchange an item?
- Make sure the items you are returning or exchanging comply with our Return Policy Terms and Conditions.
- The Client sends an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including order number, name, phone number, e-mail address and the reason for return.
- Please ship the securely packaged merchandise to the HQ of HUNA BVBA: De Lange Beemden 21, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Limburg, België.
- Please note that HUNA BVBA does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship (and therefore cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit).
- When we received your returned item, we will send you a notification e-mail.
5. Do I pay for the return shipping charges?
When you return or exchange an item, you must cover the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Care/washing instructions?
- For cotton: Wash at 30° or hand wash, but preferably hand wash
- Iron sweater inside out – low temperature
- Do not iron on a print or appliqué
- Do not tumble-dryer
- Dry clean allowed
