Returns
Customers have the right to return products within fourteen (14) days after the shipment arrival date.
Customers request a return by sending an e-mail to order@atelierbossier.be including order number, name, phone number, e-mail address, mailing address and reason for return.
Personalised items can not be returned nor refunded. Items marked as “sale” will not be refunded, but can always be exchanged for the same article, in a different size.
Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Returns attempted after the fourteen (14) day period, or attempted without satisfying all of the above conditions, will not be accepted.
Customers must bear the costs for shipping the goods to HUNA BVBA.
HUNA BVBA is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the mail when being returned to us. We advise you to insure your package containing the product(s) being sent to us and get tracking information. No exceptions can be made to this policy.
Receving a refund
All correctly returned products will be refunded as soon as possible to the original purchaser’s credit card or other way of payment. This excludes all shipping costs. Personalised items or items in sale can not be refunded.
