FAQ

What is the composition of an Atelier Bossier garment?

The composition of an Atelier Bossier garment differs from product to product and from season to season.

*Fall/winter: Most knits are made from fine merino wool or cashmere, which contain (sometimes) a little bit of polyamide or viscose to guarantee the strength and quality of the garment.

*Spring/summer: During the hot seasons, we mostly work with a combination of soft, breathable materials such as cotton and linen.

Want to know the exact composition of a specific garment?

Every item comes with a washing label inside with the detailed composition. This is also displayed on the website next to the product itself.

How can I care for my knitwear from Atelier Bossier?

As all knitwear consists of great quality, you should be very gentle with it. We use natural materials, so our garments may stretch and fluff a little. Freshen up your knit once a while, have it dry-cleaned or hand washed, fold it instead of hanging it, and carefully remove fluff one at a time. Try to use a wool-shaver as well.

Can I wash my knitwear?

To clean your precious knit, we suggest dry-cleaning or hand wash. But if you dare to take the risk you can use the washing machine. Just try to use the hand wash cycle and with cold temperatures (never 30° or more for wool). We also recommend using mild baby shampoo as a detergent. Let the knitwear dry flat, do not hang it vertically. Avoid tumble drying, it will shrink or lose it’s shape. If needed, you can iron your knit using a damp cloth between the garment and the iron.

How can I track my parcel?

When we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation e-mail with the delivery information.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver within 2 working days after receiving your order confirmation.

Can I pick up my order so I don’t have to pay shipping costs?

When you place an order, you have two possibilities to obtain your item. One way is to choose for home-delivery (no shipping costs for orders above 150 €). The other option is a pick-up at our HQ (address: De Lange Beemden 21, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, Belgium).

How do I return my order?

Return can be sent to our HQ up until 15 calendar days starting from the day your order was delivered. Then, send a return confirmation to hello@atelierbossier.be and that’s it! Please note that your returned garment(s) should be unworn and unwashed, in new condition and in its original packaging.

How much does it cost to return an order?

Return costs are carried by the customer (unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf). You can choose your own shipping method for the return, but we strongly recommend shipping with tracking option, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our HQ.

What will happen with my personal details?

Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of managing your order and the aftersales services. We will never pass on your details to third parties.
